Dinner at Emeril’s Delmonico

I went to dinner at Emeril’s Delmonico in New Orleans on Friday night with my friend Henry and my dad. Do I even need to say anything about these pictures?

Charcuterie Tasting – with a grand assortment of cured meats, country-style terrine, fresh sausage, provolone & pancetta stuffed bread with pickles and marinated vegetables:

Stuffed bell pepper – with sweet italian sausage, louisiana rice, creole tomato sauce:

Louisiana Crab Stuffed Artichoke – with oregano, pecorino, smoked tomato

Dry Aged Moulard Duck Breast – with sweet corn maque choux, broccoli rabe, roasted poblano and cheddar grits, house made tasso jam

Bone-in Ribeye - Served with house made compound butter, Emeril’s worcestershire, béarnaise and chimichurri sauces. Naturally raised, dry aged on premises for 17 to 23 days, hand cut and broiled at 1200°
