As You Might Expect, the Oreo-Creme Filled Dunkin Donut is Phenomenal
Yesterday morning, I was on my normal routine: scrolling through Twitter, searching for ideas or angles I could add to the day’s sports stories, and trying to figure out the optimal food/caffeine combo to enable me to type words onto this blank screen. And then it hit me.
By the way … Would love to tell all of you otherwise, but I did get it yesterday, and the filled Oreo donut at DD was epic.

I envy the type of people who can see something like that and file it away for later, ultimately forgetting about it as they go about their daily lives.
That ain’t me though.
When I see that an Oreo creme-filled donut exists, I can’t block it out of my head until I’ve experienced it for myself. Thoughts of endless possibilities race through my mind. It’s like having a new crush and waiting for her to text me back. AGONIZING.
Recognizing that my next couple hours would be worthless until this donut was inside me, I headed to Dunkin Donuts immediately:
As you can tell, it was spectacular. A glass of cold milk brings it to another stratosphere.
The filling is legit Oreo creme; it’s thicker than the typical Boston Kreme filling and doesn’t have the awkward, misplaced hint of lemon flavor; it tastes exactly as you would expect from a donut bread-based Oreo.
The only major issue with this donut is that the Oreo crumbs on top prevent you from eating it on the go. This “problem” is for the best, though, because it’s the type of thing you want to eat sitting down anyway.
Dunkin Donuts is so on point it’s almost not even fair.
